The Friends of Hilton Adams

World-weary and cynical.
Calm, caring, observant.
Quiet and introspective.
Restless, full of frenetic energy.

A group of friends who, with Hilton, formed a long-lasting companionship after their time serving in the Harlem Hellfighters. Together with Hilton, they formed a sort of taskforce, trying to get to the bottom of the murders in Harlem. Unfortunately, this directly led to Hilton being scapegoated.

Initially passionate and forceful about clearing their friend’s name, their zeal has since calmed, threats to their families and careers obvious but largely unspoken.

Of them all, only Art Mills, a notably angry individual, was willing to take the risk and help directly.
